A Family Affair
Working with good people who become family is part of every day life. What started out as a seasonal job int he damascene/coating area to get through the winter months has turned into a life of interesting twists and turns for Greg. He has worked primarily in the Sparta, WI facility over the course of 40 years in a variety of areas including coating, punch press, assembly and tooling.
“I have spent so many years here that it is just second nature. I met my wife of 21 years through working here. My brother and daughter also work here. It's nice to be close to family.
I like being able to teach what I know to the people who work for me. There is always something new to learn. We have good people here.
In my spare time I like to watch NASCAR racing as well as the Packers and Badgers play football. My wife and I go camping and take an annual fishing trip to Canada.” - Greg Connelly, Plant Superintendent
