It is their hard work and dedication to excellence that make a difference. One person who displays these values is Teresa Zabel, Quality Manager at the West Salem, WI location.
It's All About Teamwork
One person or department cannot be the solution. Teresa started working on the production floor in the West Salem, WI plant. She has held foreman positions in assembly and punch press before moving to the Sparta, WI plant as part of the Quality Department. After spending some time there she returned to West Salem where she now holds the Quality Manager position.
“Each day presents a new challenge and being within the Quality Department it can be difficult to maintain a positive outlook. Often the only time that you hear from customers is when there is an issue with how thier order has been processed. I like helping people be their best and work together as a team so that we can make the best product for our customers.
Outside of work I like to be with my family camping or going to summer country music festivals.” - Teresa Zabel, Quality Manager
For over 105 years, Northern Engraving has been manufacturing decorative trim and nameplates. We are proud of the employees who work here and appreciate each one.
