Respect Amidst Challenges
Linda came to Northern Engraving at the recommendation of a friend for stable work. She started out in the molding area of the West Salem, WI factory and has moved through various areas from plating, shipping and warehouse to where she now is a lead person in the LCS Department.
“There are new challenges to be faced every day. We have a set of good people and policies. It can be a lot to handle. In the end when the product goes out the door, it feels good to know we've accomplished the task at hand.
It's important for everyone to feel respected and like they are part of the team. Working together gets the job done and gives a feeling of accomplishment.
Outside of work I like to watch sporting games like football, baseball and basketball with my family. I am a proud fan of the Green Bay Packers, Wisconsin Badgers and Milwaukee Brewers.”
