Each Day is a New Opportunity
Looking back on her time here at Northern Engraving, Billie Theobald gets nostalgic. She started in the Shipping area at our Holmen, WI plant and then began working directly with our customers and sales team on the Customer Service desk. Today she is part of our Corporate Office in Sparta, WI as a member of the Nameplate Sales Group with focus on the cosmetic and luxury packaging industry. We are proud to have Billie as one of the team.

For over a century Northern Engraving’s success is the direct result of mindful, passionate, hard-working people. Every day we see change as we continue as a supreme supplier of decorative aluminum. Our people take those changes and make us a stronger supplier. We are the best at what we do and we should hold our heads high and say we work for a company that has survived through global recessions, changes in ownership and management, and increases in material costs and labor. The next step for us is to implement a strong sense of succession and recognize those who can carry on what we have all worked so hard to become.
My weekends are spent enjoying our two grown daughters on their youthful adventures and spending their inheritance. My husband and I enjoy picking memories and collectibles as well as kayaking and playing golf.”
