Visual Emboss with Flexlens
This article is second in a series of four articles exploring options in embossing chrome polyester (chrome Mylar®) to create dimensional metal looking labels for product identification. Once a graphic is embossed, the plastic label can be further enhanced with an overall dome (Flexlens). This gives transparent tints a jewel-like appearance and provides additional overall height to the polyester label for increased perceived value. The emboss remains visual and is not felt.
