They reflect our core values of Trust, Respect, Innovation, Service and Teamwork every day. It is their hard work and dedication to excellence that make a difference. One person who displays these values is Deb Ritter, Production Scheduler at the Holmen, WI location. ### Diversity and Challenges Scheduling orders to meet customer delivery requirements keeps Deb on her toes.  > ## ![D Ritter blog.jpg](https://www.norcorp.com/hs-fs/hubfs/images/Employee%20Spotlight/D%20Ritter%20blog.jpg?width=320&name=D%20Ritter%20blog.jpg "D Ritter blog.jpg")“The variety of projects that hit the scheduling desk is amazing! Staying on top of the processes and materials for the floor can be intense. Our customer demands are high. The end result is the same but how we get there is the challenge and where the story lies. No day is the same as the previous day. > > ## I love working here because we are a close knit family who supports each other in good and bad  times. That makes it easy to come in and know that I am among good friends. > > ## Outside of work, I like to travel with my family and friends in the tri-state area to attend craft fairs and flea markets.”  - Deb Ritter, Production Scheduler *For over 105 years, Northern Engraving has been manufacturing decorative trim and nameplates. We are proud of the employees who work here and appreciate each one. Together we make a difference for our customers. This highlight of employees celebrating milestone anniversaries shines a light on our most valuable resource, our people.*     Topics: [Northern Engraving](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/northern-engraving), [Employee Spotlight](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/employee-spotlight)   ### Subscribe to Company Blog - [Topics](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/employee-spotlight-deb-ritter#mia-topics) - [Popular](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/employee-spotlight-deb-ritter#mia-popular) - [Award (3)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/award) - [Community Involvement (31)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/community-involvement) - [DNR (1)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/dnr) - [Employee Spotlight (17)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/employee-spotlight) - [Environmental (1)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/environmental) - [GM (1)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/gm) - [Green Tier (1)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/green-tier) - [Northern Engraving (56)](https://www.norcorp.com/company/news-and-events/topic/northern-engraving) ### Resources ### Design ### About © 2026 NBHX TRIM GROUP - Northern Engraving | 803 South Black River St. | Sparta, WI 54656-0377 | Phone +1 608 269 6911
