I’m immensely proud of the work that we do at Northern Engraving. I’d like to start by telling you how much I appreciate each member of the Northern Engraving team and that I recognize we wouldn’t be where we are without the contributions made by each and every one of our employees. Thank you for your continued commitment and what you do to deliver on our mission – to be the premier global partner for world-class decorative aluminum and plastics in the automotive, nameplate and appliance industries. This past year has been a year of growth, change and transition. While there is much work to do and there may be further challenges ahead, we end 2015 stronger and better able to serve our customers. This spring it will be a year ago that I joined Northern Engraving as COO, and embarked on a path aimed at elevating and transforming Northern Engraving to be a premier manufacturer of decorative trim and nameplates. I am pleased to say that we are making tremendous strides. We continued through the year to bring emphasis to continuous improvement, safety, quality, and on-time delivery. Today, our company is experiencing solid growth with increasing sales and increased profit levels. Enjoy this time with your friends and loved ones. I could not be more excited about what’s in store for next year, and for the opportunity to work with all of you to make it happen. George C.
