Polycarbonate Overlays

Polycarbonate overlays and panels offer the functionality of clear windows, backlit or dead front graphics and embossed buttons. Chrome inks, process color and selective texture options further enhance your design. In-mold decoration adds more functionality and can be combined with forming to create dimensional trim.

Typical applications are heater controls (HVAC), mirror assemblies and other switch assemblies.  High volume programs are supported with automated manufacturing.
