Coleman Cooler Nameplate

dimensional nameplate Coleman steel cooler

Halftones and printed shadows are used on this aluminum nameplate to add visual dimension.  The nameplate is applied to steel coolers manufactured by Coleman as part of their centennial celebration.  The metal nameplate is an appropriate reflection of the strength and performance in the stylish and practical design of the classic coolers.

Decorative Aluminum Processes

The outside border uses a black shadow and printed halftone to give the illusion of being embossed.  A fine geometric pattern is added to the background with a printed texture.  The large diamond graphic uses halftones to create the multiple faceted diamonds within it.  The pad around the Coleman logo is embossed to add emphasis.

This nameplate is cost effective because it relies on printing to add visual dimension avoiding the expense of additional tooling.  The number of colors are minimized using one color for halftones and a black for graphics and shadows.

Involving Northern Engraving early in the nameplate design process allows us to work with you to recommend options within your budget that meet your product branding needs.
