Doming Process on a Gear Shift Knob Insert

This gear shift knob nameplate allows for an ordinary part to have extraordinary qualities, sparking recognition. This brushed aluminum plate is printed with the logo design and is then covered with a norlens.  The norlens process is a simple, cost-effective way to provide durability and shine to an otherwise ordinary piece. While this technique is popular, it provides an individual look for each nameplate to make the design pop.
