Appliques supplied on a roll refers to the process in which an aluminum part is applied with a press onto a roll of adhesive tape. This process is most often utilized with high-volume orders and small parts. Aluminum or norlens products are most commonly used materials.
The roll sizes of 6” or 12” does limit the material choice and size of the part, but there are several benefits to choosing this process over traditional supply methods.
