The Program Manager is responsible for planning, tracking and ensuring Company and customer requirements are supported and met during program launch. Provides customer interface and support to ensure customer satisfaction is achieved. Provides support and guidance to Program Management Team to ensure a successful program launch and continuing production through balance out. Requires strong written and verbal communication along with working knowledge of Program Management principals and software.

The Corporate Human Resources Generalist provides administrative day-to-day support to the Human Resources Manager and plant personnel offices on all personnel matters and assists with benefit and payroll processing. Requires ability to maintain confidential records, good communication skills and knowledge of unemployment and labor laws.

Manufacturing Process Engineer
The Manufacturing Process Enginer is responsible for developing, documenting and leading activities to optimize manufacturing processes to meet our customers' requirements and expectations in a cost effective manner. Requires Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering along with experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
This position is responsible to act as liaison with sales to expedite, interpret customer demands and to provide Manufacturing with accurate schedules to ensure department efficiencies and on time delivery to customers. Requires knowledge of MRP systems with good organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
Tool Crib Maintenance
This position is responsible to keep the tool shop in clean and orderly condition. Requires basic knowledge of computer programs with ability to read measurements and perform preventative maintenance on shop equipment.
Tool and Die Maker
This position is responsible for analyzing specifications, laying out metal stock, setting up and operating machine tools, and fit and assemble parts to make and repair dies, cutting tools, jigs, fixtures, gauges and machinists' hand tools. Requires Associates degree in Tool and Die/Machining, vocational school or related on-the-job experience.
West Salem Division

Production Supervisor - 2nd Shift
This position is responsible the manufacturing process from raw material to finished product and is required to effectively and safely plan and manage the day-to-day operations of personnel, resources, equipment and processes. The position is also responsible for communicating job expectations and enforcing systems, policies and procedures. Requires knowledge of lean manufacturing methodologies with good organizational and team building skills.

This position is responsible for expediting and facilitating the flow of materials to and from the various departments to ensure that shipments are made. This position also assists Production Control with the scheduling of jobs.
La Crosse North Division
2325 Enterprise Avenue, La Crosse, WI
This position is responsible for producing decorative wall surfacing product known as Gage Cast and Gage Metal. Requires good mathematic skills with ability to operate power tools and machinery as well as lift 100 lbs.
All of the manufacturing locations are accepting applications. Automatic wage increase after 60 work days and again after six months. Shift premium paid for second and third shifts. Progression and top rates vary by location and position.
