Benefits and Compensation Specialist
Under the leadership of the North American Director of Human Resources, the Benefits and Compensation Specialist will assist with the development, implementation, and administration of the total rewards package for associates. This will involve assisting with the development and implementation of compensation structures and benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability and 401k. The Benefits and Compensation Specialist will lead projects, perform market analysis, and coordinate vendors and brokers.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative acts as the main focal point for the flow of information between the customer and the factory. Ensures a successful and profitable relationship between Northern Engraving and each customer for which the Customer Service Representative is responsible. Interfaces with outside sales individuals when they are acting on behalf of the customer or the Company.
The Quality Engineer is responsible for ensuring all metrics for quality, delivery and cost for the organization are met and trending in the right direction. Proper production preparation, quality, time accuracy, through the implementation of continuous improvements are key. Strong focus on process qualification, product quality, and continuous improvement in responsible areas working closely with other members of the organization.
The Plant Manager is responsible for efficient and profitable operation and maintenance of the manufacturing plant. Responsibilities include ensuring that manufacturing goals, deadlines and budgets are established and met.

Manufacturing Process Engineer
The Manufacturing Process Engineer is responsible for developing, documenting and leading activities to optimize manufacturing processes to meet our customers' requirements and expectations in a cost effective manner. Requires Bachelor's Degree with strong manufacturing background and Six Sigma experience.
All of the manufacturing locations are accepting applications. Automatic wage increase after 60 calendar days and again after six months. Shift premium paid for second shifts, third shifts and weekends. Progression and top rates vary by location and position.
