Stable Work Flow
Michael appreciates the way work assignments are given at the start of every shift.
“I can base what I am doing each day on where my work station is. It is nice to have stability in my job and the work comes at an even pace down the line. I am interested in learning more about automation and how the lines get set up for each job.
My favorite process that Northern Engraving offers is diamond cut. It is amazing how different the metal can look with this cutting technique.
As part of the Sparta plant’s Employee Engagement Team, I am looking forward to learning ways the plant can become more energy efficient.
In my spare time I like to spend time with my family and work with pottery on our plot of land up north near Thorp, WI. We work off the grid and participate in a Wisconsin DNR program for selective forestry.”
