“I started at Northern Engraving in the Corporate Human Resources area so that I could work with a friend of mine. Since then I have learned a lot about working with people and enjoy my role in Human Resources for the Sparta, WI plant. This is a stable company with a rich history.
We have some great people who work here. When people come in and are getting started out on the floor I encourage them to be patient. The individual jobs are not difficult, bu tthe requirements are demanding and take time to learn. Things can change quickly and we need to work together to get the job done.
In my spare time I enjoy time with my family and friends including three grandchildren. My husband and I like to take weekend trips and go for motorcycle rides.”
