Regional Director of Supply Chain Management
The Regional Director of Supply Chain Management will establish, lead, and execute Supply Chain and Purchasing strategy for the North American operations. Develop and implement strategic objectives to ensure the organization is a Best in Class manufacturer. Lead continuous improvement efforts and meet growth targets through support of purchasing, inventory management, quality assurance, costing, and logistics strategic initiatives.

Under the leadership of the North American Director of Human Resources, the Benefits and Compensation Specialist will assist with the development, implementation, and administration of the total rewards package for associates. This will involve assisting with the development and implementation of compensation structures and benefits programs including medical, dental, life, disability and 401k. The Production Scheduler acts as a liaison with sales to expedite, interpret customer demands and to provide Manufacturing with accurate schedules to ensure department efficiencies and on time delivery to customers.
Under the leadership of the North American Director of Operations, the Program Manager leads and coordinates cross-functional program teams and support staff in planning, organizing, developing, and launching of new or revised products for NBHX Trim North America and its affiliate members in the United States.
Test Lab Technician
The Test Lab Technician is responsible for the accurate testing and reporting of customer specific required testing. The Test Lab Technician is also responsible for reviewing and interpreting customer test specifications.
Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative acts as the main focal point for the flow of information between the customer and the factory. Ensures a successful and profitable relationship between Northern Engraving and each customer for which the Customer Service Representative is responsible. Interfaces with outside sales individuals when they are acting on behalf of the customer or the Company.

The Production Supervisor is responsible for the manufacturing process within the department(s). The Production Supervisor is required to effectively and safely plan and manage the day-to-day operations of people, equipment and processes, following the direction of the Plant Manager, Plant Superintendent, the labor contract, shop rules, Company policies, procedures and work instructions, and any applicable laws to satisfy internal and external customer requests and demands.
