Regional Director of Quality
Reporting to the North America Regional COO, the Director of Quality will oversee the operation and administration of the Quality teams for all North American operations (US and Mexico). Development and achievement of strategic objectives related to quality, cost, and delivery is imperative to ensure the organization is a Best in Class manufacturer. Partnering with the Leadership and Operations teams throughout North America, the Director of Quality will drive continuous improvement initiatives toward the achievement of growth targets, positive customer relations, and industry leading product Quality and Reliability. As a functional leader, this role will guide Quality associates at all levels within the organization. This role will be primarily located at our Sparta, Wisconsin facility.
Reporting to the North American Director of Information Technology, the Network Administrator will maintain a reliable, secure, and efficient data communications network for our facilities in the U.S. and Mexico. The ideal candidate will be able to deploy, maintain, and monitor all active network equipment to ensure seamless operations.
Reporting to the Purchasing Manager, the Buyer is responsible for the purchase of non-production products or materials, equipment supplies and services in accordance with prescribed purchasing regulations and procedures at lowest cost. Reviews and analyzes purchase requisitions, investigates and develops sources of supplies, and prepares and reviews quotations. Interprets purchasing procedures to departments and vendors, as a specialist in assigned material categories. Ensures ordered quantities are received within the agreed upon time frame. Manages vendor relationships and researches new and innovative products which will enhance operations.
Human Resource Generalist
The Corporate Human Resources Generalist provides administrative day-to-day support to the Plant Manger and Corporate Human Resources Administrator on all hourly personnel matters. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for processing and maintaining records/payroll for hourly employees.
Maintenance Electrical Technician
This is a key position in the day-to-day operations of the production floor. In this position, you will be responsible for inspection, troubleshooting, and repair of equipment. You must be a well-rounded individual who can perform troubleshooting and maintenance for a variety of manufacturing equipment as well as perform building maintenance activities for the facility.
